Much more professional than the main dealers

Spot on service, much more professional than the main dealers Woolwich and Ruxley BMW. The soft-top hood was not closing properly, BMW told me £2,500 for the parts only and the manager told me no guarantee if it didn't work, I was so f-----g shocked when he told me that. BMSport fixed what they couldn't do. With regards to the tyres, the BMW main dealer told me tracking was ok after telling them my concern over a long period of time. I went to BMSport and he put the car on the wheel alignment machine ramp, tracking was way out. The damaged rubber coupling which the main BMW dealer knew about and gave me a hard time in not wanting to change it until I told them what BMSport told me, that it wouldn't pass the MOT.
